CLARKSBURG, WEST VIRGINIA - Jack F. Gibbins, III, of Clarksburg, West Virginia, was sentenced today to 24 months incarceration for distributing methamphetamine, United States Attorney Bill Powell announced.
Gibbins, age 41, pled guilty to one count of “Distribution of Methamphetamine - Aiding and Abetting" in May 2019. Gibbins admitted to distributing methamphetamine in March 2018 in Harrison County.
Assistant U.S. Attorney Traci M. Cook prosecuted the case on behalf of the government. The Greater Harrison Drug & Violent Crimes Task Force, a HIDTA-funded initiative, investigated.
U.S. District Judge Thomas S. Kleeh presided.
