In case you missed it, EPA’s Toxics Release Inventory (TRI) program has put out new data and resources to help you better understand toxic chemical releases in your area.
Last week, EPA published new TRI data about chemical waste management and pollution prevention activities that took place during 2021 at more than 20,000 federal and industrial facilities across the country.

Finally, news organizations rely on TRI data when examining trends in chemical releases, analyzing the performance of industry sectors, and evaluating environmental conditions.
