FRESNO, Calif. -The Bureau of Reclamation has released the Final Environmental Assessment and Finding of No Significant Impact for the annual transfer of up to 560 acre-feet of Carvalho Ranch contract water from their lower productivity lands to higher productivity lands over a nine-year period.
