Reclamation Releases Final Environmental Documents for the Cantua Creek Stream Group Improvement Project

FRESNO, Calif. - The Bureau of Reclamation has released the Final Environmental Assessment and Finding of No Significant Impact for the Cantua Creek Stream Group Improvement Project.

Reclamation will provide partial funding to the California Department of Water Resources to create storage in ponding basins adjacent to the San Luis Canal segment of the California Aqueduct, located in Fresno County. The Project will provide protection to the canal from flooding and sediment deposition.
