Reclamation announces negotiations with Sacramento Suburban Water District for a long-term Warren Act contract

FOLSOM, Calif. - The Bureau of Reclamation will conduct a second contract negotiation session with the Sacramento Suburban Water District on contract terms and conditions for a long-term Warren Act contract.

The contract will be negotiated for the conveyance of up to 29,000 acre-feet of non-Central Valley Project water per year using excess capacity in Folsom Reservoir.

The negotiation session will be held at the Regional Office, 2800 Cottage Way, Sacramento CA, 95825:

The public is welcome to attend the session and will have the opportunity to provide comments to Reclamation regarding this contracting action; participation instructions will be available at the session. There will be no conference call-in number. The proposed draft contract will be available at the session.
