Reclamation releases final environmental documents for Delta-Mendota Canal groundwater pump-in program

FRESNO, Calif. - The Bureau of Reclamation has released final environmental documents for additional design elements to the previously approved Delta-Mendota Canal Groundwater Pump-in Program. The additions have been developed in order to minimize potential contribution of the program’s impacts to subsidence along the Delta-Mendota Canal.

The final Environmental Assessment and Finding of No Significant Impact were prepared in accordance with the National Environmental Policy Act, and are available at https://www.usbr.gov/mp/nepa/nepa_project_details.php?Project_ID=32781.
