SACRAMENTO, Calif. - The Bureau of Reclamation and the San Luis & Delta-Mendota Water Authority, Tehama-Colusa Canal Authority, and Friant Water Authority will enter into contract negotiations for contract provisions common to the three Authorities for the transfer of operation, maintenance, and replacement activities related to project works.
