FRESNO, Calif. - The Bureau of Reclamation will conduct a contract negotiation session with Santa Clara Valley Water District on Jan. 29, 2020. The session will address a second amendment to Santa Clara Valley Water District’s Contract No. 7-07-20-W0023, dated June 7, 1977, to replace the existing Article 9 and add language to provide for the points of delivery to be modified by mutual agreement consistent with the Central Valley Project-wide form of contract.
