FRESNO, Calif. - The Bureau of Reclamation and the San Luis & Delta-Mendota Water Authority have scheduled teleconference negotiation sessions for a repayment contract covering costs for extraordinary maintenance work on the C.W. “Bill" Jones Pumping Plant, pursuant to Title IX, Subtitle G of the Omnibus Public Land Management Act of March 30, 2009 (P.L. 111-11, 43 U.S.C. § 510).
The negotiations will be conducted only by teleconference. The dates and times of the teleconference negotiations are as follows (call 877-932-2131 and, when prompted, type in participant passcode 4896209#):
