Deputy United States Trade Representative Sarah Bianchi today met virtually with Thailand’s Vice Minister for Foreign Affairs Vijavat Isarabhakdi.
Ambassador Bianchi and Vice Minister Vijavat discussed the progress made at the virtual Indo-Pacific Economic Framework (IPEF) Ministerial that took place on July 26. They also discussed the key tangible benefits that the Indo-Pacific Economic Framework can bring to both countries -- and to the region -- by facilitating resilient, sustainable, and inclusive economic growth.
Ambassador Bianchi and Vice Minister Vijavat agreed to continue working together on areas of mutual interest and to keep in close contact over the coming months.
