Multi-Agency Sting Operation Results in 18 Arrests
Multiple agencies were involved in a prostitution sting in Omaha, Nebraska. Investigators arrested 18 individuals; 15 were charged with prostitution, one was charged with prostitution and possession of a controlled substance, and two were charged with pandering.
The FBI remains committed to working with our various law enforcement partners in combating human trafficking. The FBI Omaha Child Exploitation Task Force consists of multiple law enforcement entities. In this sting operation, the agencies included the Omaha Police Department, Council Bluffs Police Department, Douglas County Sheriff’s Office, and Nebraska State Patrol. Public awareness and involvement in reporting these matters to the FBI or other law enforcement agencies is crucial in eliminating the plague that is human trafficking. The FBI is committed to protecting victims and potential victims of sexual predators.
Those arrested during the two-day operation include:
1. Don Wright of Omaha, Nebraska, charged with prostitution
2. Cory Miller of Omaha, Nebraska, charged with prostitution
3. Latressa Price of Omaha, Nebraska, charged with prostitution
4. Melissa Spangler of Kansas, charged with prostitution
5. Kaitlyn Reese, of Kansas, charged with prostitution
6. Rafael Santa-Maria of Omaha, Nebraska, charged with prostitution
7. Felicia Miller of Omaha, Nebraska, charged with prostitution
8. Angela Dowell of Omaha, Nebraska, charged with prostitution
9. Chadra Guryng of Omaha, Nebraska, charged with prostitution
10. Roger Loseke of Columbus, Nebraska, charged with prostitution
11. Jhanae Grady of Omaha, Nebraska, charged with prostitution and possession of a controlled substance
12. Kelton Graham,of Michigan, charged with prostitution
13. Latora Stanley, of Wisconsin, with prostitution
14. Shontell Tunstall of Omaha, Nebraska, charged with prostitution
15. Brittany Richards of Omaha, Nebraska, charged with prostitution

17. Jaquana Weston of Texas, charged with pandering
