FBI Seeks Escapee Timothy Eugene England
Updated September 8, 2016: This individual has been apprehended.
On June 14, 2016, the United States District Court, Eastern District of Tennessee (EDT), issued an arrest warrant for Timothy Eugene England for bank robbery and brandishing a firearm during a crime of violence related to the robbery of the Consumer Credit Union in Greenville, Tennessee on Dec. 20, 2015.
On July 7, 2016, England was arrested and appeared in the U.S. District Court in Greenville.
On Aug. 30, 2016, while being detained in a Tennessee county detention facility, pending additional court proceedings, England escaped. The U.S. District Court, EDT, issued an additional warrant for England for escape.
Members of the public should avoid contact with England, as he has been charged with bank robbery and brandishing a gun during the robbery. Anyone with information about Timothy England’s whereabouts should call 911.
