FBI Searching for Tempe Bank Robbery Suspect
The FBI is asking for the public’s help in identifying a man suspected of robbing the Arizona Federal Credit Union located at 855 W. Baseline Road in Tempe around 9:09 a.m. on Monday, March 6, 2017.
* Height: 5'10"
* Weight: 170 pounds
* Sex: Male
* Build: Medium
* Complexion: Light
* Race: White (Hispanic)
* Age: 45 to 50 years old
* Remarks: The suspect was described as wearing a red baseball hat, tan long-sleeved button-up shirt, and dark pants.
On March 6, 2017, at approximately 9:09 a.m., the suspect entered the Arizona Federal Credit Union located at 855 W. Baseline Road in Tempe. The suspect entered the bank and waited in the customer line for an available teller. He approached the teller counter and verbally demanded all the 50’s and 100’s. The teller gave the suspect U.S. currency, and he fled the area on a bicycle.
