FBI Savannah Resident Agency/Chatham-Savannah Counter-Narcotics Operation Yields Multiple Arrests; Heroin, Marijuana, Ecstasy, Meth, Firearms, Currency Seized
ATLANTA-David J. LeValley, Special Agent in Charge, FBI Atlanta Field Office, in conjunction with Everette Ragan, Commander, Chatham-Savannah Counter Narcotics Team, and Joseph H. “Jack" Lumpkin, Sr., Chief of Police, Savannah-Chatham Metropolitan P.D., announces the following arrests as part of a major joint federal/state narcotics based operation.
On March 22, 2017, the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Chatham-Savannah Counter Narcotics Team, the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), and the Savannah-Chatham Metropolitan Police Department executed five search/arrest warrants in the Savannah Chatham County area as a result of a 12-month joint investigation.
In addition, two search/arrest warrants were executed by the FBI’s Atlanta Safe Streets Gang Task Force in Atlanta and Stone Mountain, Georgia.
The following individuals were arrested and charged with conspiracy to commit Violation of Georgia Controlled Substance Act (VGCSA), Drug Trafficking in Cocaine.
Oranda Walker, age 35, of Savannah, Georgia
Aaron Hubbard, age 28, of Port Wentworth, Georgia
Edward Tyler, age 41, of Savannah, Georgia
Keith Brigham, age 42 of, Savannah, Georgia
Charmaine Nicole Sims, age 34, of Stone Mountain, Georgia
The following individuals remain at large. The investigation to locate and arrest these individuals is ongoing.
Ron Allen, age 40, of Garden City, Georgia
Karteau Jenkins, age 39, of Atlanta, Georgia
The public should be reminded that the above are merely allegations and that all persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
