The FBI has concluded evidence collection at Eugene Simpson Stadium Park and turned over the scene to the Alexandria Police Department, who is in the process of lifting the road closures in the vicinity of East Monroe Avenue in Alexandria, Virginia. Further updates will be delivered by the Alexandria Police Department.
