FBI Press Availability Monday, Aug. 20, 2018, at 10 a.m.
WHAT: The FBI will host a press availability on Monday, Aug. 20, to provide additional details about a suspected kidnapping in July of a Chinese national adult male, Ruochen “Tony" Liao, 28, from the San Gabriel Valley area of Los Angeles. Photographs of the victim are attached. Anyone with information concerning the victim should contact their nearest FBI Office. In Los Angeles, the FBI can be reached 24 hours a day at 310-477-6565.
