Seeking Information: Hat Trick Bandit Bank Robber

The FBI Rocky Mountain Safe Streets Task Force, Littleton, and Englewood Police Departments need your help identifying an armed bank robber. The banks where the robberies occurred are:

Great West Bank

200 West Littleton Boulevard

Littleton, Colorado

June 22, 2018, 1:48 p.m.

US Bank

101 Englewood Parkway

Englewood, Colorado

Aug. 27, 2018, 9:05 a.m.

Great West Bank

200 West Littleton Boulevard

Littleton, Colorado

July 27, 2018, 9:30 a.m.

Armed with a silver semi-automatic handgun, the suspect, dubbed the “Hat Trick Bandit", has robbed three banks in the Littleton and Englewood area over the last three months. The suspect is described as a white male, 40 to 50 years old, approximately 5’9" to 6’0" in height, with a medium build. He is considered armed and dangerous.

Please be on the lookout for anyone matching the suspect’s description. Be aware of anyone similar who might have recently changed their spending habits or discussed coming into money suddenly.

Bank robbery is punishable by a 20-year prison sentence for each offense and increases if a dangerous weapon is used in the commission of the crime.

The FBI continues to provide financial institutions with the best practices for security to make them less vulnerable to robberies.
