FBI and McCandless Police Seek the Public’s Assistance in Identifying Armed McCandless Bank Robber

The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Pittsburgh Division and McCandless Police are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying an unknown female responsible for robbing the PNC Bank at 9805 McKnight Road in McCandless on September 6, 2018 at approximately 5 p.m.

The suspect entered the bank, carrying a bag and approached the teller. She demanded money and displayed a gun. She got away with an unknown amount of cash. No injuries were reported.

The robber is described as follows:

* Sex: Female

* Race: White

* Age: Late 40’s

* Height: Approximately 5'3"

* Weight: 170-180 lbs

* Hair: Black wig

* Clothing: gray, baggy sweat pants, black t-shirt, black suede slippers with fur
