FBI Media Alert: Nambe Pueblo Man Charged Federally with Aggravated Sexual Abuse

FBI Media Alert: Nambe Pueblo Man Charged Federally with Aggravated Sexual Abuse

Yvon Loretto, 60, of Nambe Pueblo, New Mexico, has been charged in a federal indictment with three counts of aggravated sexual abuse.

The FBI, with the assistance of the U.S. Bureau of Indian Affairs, arrested Loretto in Nambe Pueblo on Thursday, March 7, 2019.

Loretto appeared in U.S. District Court in Albuquerque and was ordered held pending trial.

The charges allege Loretto engaged in sexual acts with two juveniles at various times between 2014 and 2016.

The FBI is seeking information from individuals who may have information about Loretto’s contact with minors.

The public is reminded that charges in an indictment are merely allegations and defendants are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
