FBI Announces an Arrest in Boynton Beach
The FBI announces that Gabriel Albala, 45, of Margate, Florida, is in federal custody and facing federal charges.
Albala was arrested without incident by the FBI in Boynton Beach the morning of Thursday, Aug. 29, 2019.
His initial appearance is anticipated to be today in Fort Lauderdale federal court. The complaint detailing the charges can be found in PACER under the Southern District of Florida in due time or at the initial appearance.
At this time there is no ongoing threat to public safety regarding this arrest.
The Boynton Beach Police Department and the FBI continue their investigation.
No further information, including charges, will be released at this time.
