FBI Announces an Arrest for Threatening Interstate Communications

The FBI announces the arrest of Mostafa A. Hussaini, 34, of Totowa, New Jersey, for allegedly transmitting threatening interstate communications.

Hussaini was taken into federal custody without incident in Davie, Florida, on Dec. 11, 2019.

His initial appearance was yesterday in Miami federal court. The court documents detailing the charges are attached.

The U.S. Army Counterintelligence Command, Miami Beach Police Department, Davie Police Department, and the FBI continue their investigation.

No further information will be released at this time.
