SAN JUAN, PR-SAC Douglas Leff announced that the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) is offering a reward of up to $25,000 for information resulting in the identification, arrest, and conviction of the individuals responsible for the armed robbery and attempted carjacking of an FBI San Juan special agent. Specifically, the FBI is seeking information on the whereabouts of:

FACTS-
On Nov. 23, 2019, at 10:00 p.m., three males riding in a 1997 black Mercedes Benz, E320 approached the agent in the corner of Cacique Street and Las Americas Avenue, in the Ocean Park community in San Juan, Puerto Rico. The agent was held at gunpoint and the three men made away with his wallet, FBI credentials, and official duty weapon.
Anyone with information on the identity and location of the men responsible for this crime, as well as the whereabouts of the stolen FBI property, should contact the FBI San Juan Field Office at 787-754-6000 or submit a tip online at tips.fbi.gov. Tipsters can remain anonymous.
