On Friday, Sept. 11, 2020, a search warrant was executed at the residence of Ronald E. Grab in Delta, Ohio. Grab was taken into federal custody without incident upon its completion.

Grab has been charged with possession of a machinegun and possession of a firearm which is not registered in the National Firearms Registration and Transfer Record.

Grab is scheduled for an initial appearance in the court room of United States Magistrate Judge James R. Knepp, II this afternoon, Sept. 14, 2020.
