The Fiscal Year 2024 project selection process for the Forest Legacy Program will be competitive, merit-based adn coordinated by the Washington Office of the Forest Service. The Forest Legacy Program is funded through annual appropriations form the Land and Water Conservation Fund. The outcome of this process will be a ranked and prioritized list of FLP projects for consideration to be included in the Presidents Budget . Participating states can submit up to three projects, not to exceed a total of $20 million.
