Shoshone, Id.-The Shoshone Field Office is initiating public review of the King to Wood River 138kV Transmission Line Rebuild, (DOI-BLM-ID-T030-2014-0007-EA) Environmental Assessment (EA). The public comment period will end Jan. 19, 2016. The proposed action includes rebuilding the existing 138kV transmission line, widening the existing ROW width, and authorizing existing roads and construction of new service roads in addition to a few other components.
