LONE PINE, Calif. - The Alabama Hills Stewardship Group and the Bureau of Land Management will hold a volunteer work day on Saturday, Feb. 25.
Volunteers will do vegetation restoration from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Participants should meet at the corner of Whitney Portal and Movie roads. Dress for outdoor work with comfortable, sturdy shoes, gloves and a hat. Bring sunscreen and water. Tools, gloves and refreshments will be provided.
