The following press releases was published by the U.S. Department of the Interior, Bureau of Land Management on Aug. 23, 2017. It is reproduced in full below.

PINEDALE, Wyo. - The Bureau of Land Management Pinedale Field Office is lifting fire restrictions for all BLM-administered lands within the boundaries of Sublette and Teton Counties effective Aug. 24, 2017.

Fire restrictions are put in place to aid in preventing wildfire events, and to help protect firefighter and public safety when fire danger is critical. Due to cooling temperatures and increased moisture in the area, fire danger is now considered moderate and the restriction is no longer necessary.

For more information on BLM fire restrictions or conditions, contact your local BLM office or go to www.blm.gov/wyoming-fire-restrictions.
