Melting snow has caused flooding along the Missouri river

(LEWISTOWN, Mont.) - The melting snow has caused the waters of the Missouri River to rise and the closure of a campground in the Upper Missouri River Breaks area.

The James Kipp Recreation Area is closed until further notice due to flooding, human safety, and to prevent resource damage.
