The Habitat Restoration Team focuses on coastal, dune, and stream restoration for endangered species such as the western snowy plover, myrtle silverspot butterfly, California red-legged frog and many endangered plants which support wildlife. The Habitat Restoration Team has a set work day on the first Saturday of every month and also schedules other dates for groups.
The Stream Team is a group of volunteers dedicated to improving fish habitat through streamside restoration. They perform a variety of tasks including willow planting, fence construction, removal and maintenance, non-native plant removal, and ecological monitoring. The Stream Team usually meets on the second and fourth Saturdays of the month.
