Wright Brothers National Memorial Volunteer Don Dailey of Kitty Hawk helps future flier B.J. from central Virginia get his lines straight during a kite-making program this past Tuesday morning. The national park sites on the Outer Banks; Cape Hatteras National Seashore, Fort Raleigh National Historic Site and Wright Brothers National Memorial offer over 350 free programs per week to park visitors throughout the summer months.
