Ocracoke District Ranger Kenny Ballance Receives Recognition for Twenty-Five Years of Service

Photo Caption: Ocracoke District Ranger Kenny Ballance recently received a certificate for twenty-five years of service with the National Park Service and Cape Hatteras National Seashore from Superintendent Mike Murray. Kenny first began working in temporary positions in 1977 for the Seashore.
