Public Meeting for Meriwether Lewis Exhibits

TUPELO, MS - The National Park Service announces a public meeting and invites your input on the new exhibits to be installed at the Meriwether Lewis Site at milepost 386 of the Natchez Trace Parkway. The meeting will be held on Thursday, Dec. 15, 2011, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at the Hohenwald Depot in Hohenwald, TN. This presentation will include newly developed drafts of both the design and text for the exhibits. Natchez Trace Parkway rangers will be available throughout the length of the meeting to accept public comments on the exhibit plan.
