Fee Free Weekend - November 10-12 at all Flagstaff Area National Monuments

Flagstaff, AZ. - Flagstaff Area National Monuments will be joining national park units around the country in celebrating Veterans Day in honor of U.S. veterans and current members of the U.S. Armed Forces.

This year, the entrance fees will be waived for the entire Veteran's Day weekend, Saturday, Sunday and Monday November 10-12, 2012. Visitors arriving at Walnut Canyon, Sunset Crater Volcano, or Wupatki National Monuments will be allowed to enter free of charge.

In addition, the Western National Parks Association (WNPA), our non-profit partner that supports the interpretive activities of the Flagstaff National Monuments, will be giving a 15% discount on all sales items November 10-12, at all Monument bookstores. The Flagstaff Area National Monuments are all open daily from 9 am to 5 pm.
