National Park Service Rangers and SAR partners have safely rescued JR Kimber and his two children from Congaree National Park after spending over 2 days lost in the backcountry. The rescued are all in stable condition and are being transported by ambulance to the local hospital for observation.

The park will provide more information about the rescue later this morning.
