On Dec. 3, 2014, the National Park Service published a prospectus for interpretive passenger seaplane service in the Dry Tortugas. A site visit to be oriented to the current commercial use authorization holder’s operations and the park will be held Wednesday, January 7, 2015. Those interested must RSVP by Friday, Dec. 19, 2014 with Bill Stevens, Chief of Commercial Services, Southeast Region via email at e-mail us or phone at (404) 507-5636.
Questions from prospective bidders are due Friday, Jan. 16, 2015, and must be sent to Mr. Stevens in writing. The prospectus includes interpretive passenger seaplane service between Key West, Florida and the park, with complimentary snorkel equipment and beverages.
