Big South Fork Junior Ranger Winter Scavenger Hunt on Saturday, December 27

The Big South Fork National River and Recreation Area announces a 45-minute, ranger-led interpretive program for young children on Saturday, December 27. This hands-on, nature oriented scavenger hunt is set up to provide children the opportunity to both experience nature and earn their own junior ranger badge. This fun-filled activity starts on the back porch of the Bandy Creek Visitor Center promptly at 2:00 p.m. (ET).

This program is free of charge. Please wear weather-appropriate clothing. Children must have a responsible adult present. Everyone is welcome. For directions or additional information, please call the Bandy Creek Visitor Center at (423) 286-7275.
