Washington, DC - The United States Park Police is investigating a motorcycle/pedestrian crash with serious injuries that occurred Eastbound Independence Avenue at Kutz Bridge, Southwest, Washington, DC on April 12, 2015 at approximately 5:55 AM. As part of our investigation we are attempting to locate any witnesses who may have seen the crash or were in the area of 17th and Independence Avenue, SW, Washington, DC between 5:45 AM and 6:15 AM prior to the Cherry Blossom 10 mile race.
