President Johnson often showed first-run movies in his airplane hangar on the LBJ Ranch. He would invite the community to join him. The park continues that tradition by inviting you for showings of classic movies in the field near the hangar. Ranch gates generally open at 7pm and participants are encouraged to bring lawn chairs, blankets, and whatever snacks you'd like to munch on during the movie. Be sure to check back for more details as each show date nears. Come enjoy a movie under the stars!

September 12 - The Sound of Music starring Julie Andrews
