August 30, 2015: Change in Visitor Services Hours of Operation

The summer's winding down, it's back to school time, and back to the regular visitor hours for Morristown National Historical Park (NHP). Beginning on Aug. 30, 2015, the park will change back to the following hours of operation for visitor services:

Washington's Headquarters Museum

Wednesday through Sunday - 9:30 am to 5:00 pm

Monday and Tuesday - CLOSED

Also closed Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day

Ford Mansion

Wednesday through Sunday - tour times at 10 am, 11 am, 1 pm, 2 pm, 3 pm, and 4 pm

Monday and Tuesday - CLOSED

Also closed Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day

Jockey Hollow Visitor Center

Wednesday through Sunday - 9:30 am to 5:00 pm

Monday and Tuesday - CLOSED

Also closed Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day

Wick House

Wednesday through Sunday - 9:30 am to noon and 1:30 pm to 4:30 pm

Monday and Tuesday - CLOSED

Also closed Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day

Please note that the Wick House is still currently closed for rehabilitation work. Expected to reopen later in the fall.

The grounds of the park will remain open 7 days per week along with the restroom facilities at the Jockey Hollow area (Visitor Center and New York Brigade Comfort Station), per park hours listed at www.nps.gov/morr.
