On Sunday, February 28 at 2:00 p.m. Washita Battlefield National Historic Site invites students, parents, and the community to the Artifacts Share Stories presentation. This presentation focuses on artifacts that will be on temporary exhibit at the park.

Washita Battlefield National Historic Site is part Visitor Center and part Museum. It is the goal of the park to have rotating exhibits to include artifacts, artwork, and documents that help tell the story of what occurred here over 147 years ago, The artifacts to be displayed are from the 1860's and are great examples of the traditional Cheyenne culture. To find out more, please join us for the presentation about the items on exhibit and share in the rich culture and traditions of the Cheyenne and Arapaho Tribes.
