Find Capitol Reef National Park During National Park Week

Celebrate National Park Week with free admission and special programs from April 16-24.Capitol Reef National Park staff will offer programs on park geology, prehistoric cultures, Pioneer history, nature, and astronomy.Schedules will be posted in the visitor center and Fruita Campground.

"During National Park Week, and throughout the centennial year, we invite everyone to come to Capitol Reef National Park and experience all that we have to offer," said Park Superintendent Leah McGinnis. A commemorative Junior Ranger booklet will be available to youth on National Junior Ranger Day, Saturday, April 16.Admission fees will be waived April 16 -24. Campground fees still apply.

National Park Week is a great opportunity to explore the countless ways there are to #FindYourPark.
