The National Park Service (NPS) has released a prospectus for the award of up to 18 new concession contracts to operate Guided Interpretive Whitewater River Tours within Canyonlands National Park and Glen Canyon National Recreation Area.
The current concession contracts for this service will expire on Dec. 31, 2016. It is anticipated that the new 10-year concession contacts will take effect Jan. 1, 2017.
The NPS made notification on the Federal Business Opportunity website and issued the prospectus on April 28, 2016. Parties interested in learning more about this opportunity should visit the NPS's Commercial Services website at: https://www.nps.gov/commercialservices/canyxxx-17.html
