YOU'RE INVITED! Fort Pulaski National Monument invites you to join us on Thursday, Aug. 25, 2016 as we celebrate the 100th anniversary of the National Park Service. This celebration is free of charge and will feature special programs highlighting the 100 years of the NPS and Fort Pulaski, Savannah's National Park.

Throughout the day, visitors can experience artillery demonstrations, fort tours, children's activities including 1860s dress up, special musical performances by the Savannah Arts Academy, the Geechee Gullah Ring Shouters, and more!

The celebration concludes in the evening with a special cannon firing and cake cutting ceremony at 6:00 p.m. and a performance by the Third Infantry Division Band from Fort Stewart at 6:30 p.m. Bring your lawn chairs, blankets, and picnics (Alcoholic Beverages Prohibited) and celebrate the National Park Service as the sun sets and the music reverberates around the walls of the nineteenth century fort.
