9:00am-4:30pm: Visitor Center is open with exhibits, movies and our Bike Loaner program; C&O Canal Bike Patrol will be discussing bike safety
9:00am-4:00pm: Trolley Barn is open with exhibits, movies, and hands-on activities for children
10:00am-2:00pm: Meet the Mules - C&O Canal mules will be outside the Cushwa visitor center. Stop by and learn all about the animals that powered the canal.
10:30am-1:30pm: “The Lonesome Fiddle Ramblers" - Live interpretive music performance in the Trolley Barn
2:30pm: “Iron: Dig It" - C&O Canal volunteer Steve Hatleberg will present a discussion on the colonial iron industry in the Trolley Barn.
