Watrous, NM: Come one, come all, to Fort Union’s Grand Ball! Dancing has long been a part of the social life and structure of civilization in its many forms. In the 19th Century, the Victorian ball or dance was the only opportunity for many to meet and socialize with other people outside of their home and life. In the Army, it might be your best and only shot at finding love on the frontier. Join Dance Master Ken Dusenberry, and waltz into the history of the Grand Ball.
