Skagway - Klondike Gold Rush National Historical Park invites you to celebrate 101 years of the National Park Service by earning a junior ranger badge with a new and accessible junior ranger booklet. The first 101 individuals to complete the booklet and mail it in will receive a special 2017 commemorative junior ranger badge.
To earn your badge, log onto go.nps.gov/KLGOJrRanger, follow the instructions on the website, and then mail your completed booklet to:

The park will mail your booklet back along with your badge. Standard park junior ranger badges will be sent after the supply of 101 commemorative badges is exhausted. Recommended for ages six and up, the new junior ranger booklet is a fun way to learn about the Klondike Gold Rush, Alaska, and the Yukon. The booklet is also accessible and compatible for screen reader software. The National Park Service was created on Aug. 25, 1916, when President Woodrow Wilson signed the National Park Service Act and turns 101 years old on Aug. 25, 2017.
