2017 October glimpses of the past

The following press release was published by the U.S. Department of the Interior, National Park Service on Oct. 16, 2017. It is reproduced in full below.

Storytelling is the oldest form of teaching as culture, history, and life lessons are all passed from one generation to the next in a timeless tradition which has helped set the foundation for civilization. However, not all of our treasured tales come from storytellers with two legs. Bring your children as they will be enthralled by these tales. Join Susi Wolf on Friday October 20th and discover animal fables from multiple cultures and the lessons they hold.

This program will be held at the CCHP/Santa Fe Trail Interpretive Center at 116 Bridge Street in Las Vegas, New Mexico on Friday, Oct. 20, 2017 at 7:00 PM.
