The Selma to Montgomery National Historic Trail, in partnership with the City of Selma, Al, will present free movies every Friday evening in June. The dates and movies are:
Friday, June 1, 2018 - “The Butler"
Friday, June 8, 2018 - “Ruby Bridges" Kids Night!!
Friday, June 15, 2018 - “Freedom Song"
Friday, June 22, 2018 - “Selma"
Each movie night, gates at the Selma Riverwalk Amphitheater will open at 8 PM to the public and the program will begin at 8:30 PM. Admission is FREE! Bring your blankets or chairs, snacks, drinks (no alcohol), and the entire family to enjoy a cool, summer evening. The movies being presented are within the theme of the Civil Rights and Voting Right’s Movements. In the event of inclement weather, the movie will be shown at the Selma Interpretive Center at 2 Broad Street in Selma.
This event is open to the public and free of charge.
