Trails and Camps Open After Crescent Mountain Fire

Sedro Woolley, WA - Effective immediately, trails, camps, and cross-country zones are open in the North Cascades National Park Service Complex after the Crescent Mountain Fire closure. The Crescent Mountain Fire started 21 miles west of Twisp on July 29, 2018.

Open Areas:

Boulder Creek Trail

South Pass Trail

Purple Creek Trail

Summit Trail

Hooter Camp

Rennie Camp

Reynolds hiker and stock camps

Juanita hiker and stock camps

Dee Dee Lakes and Triplet Lakes cross-country zones

Trail closures outside the park complex associated with the Crescent Mountain Fire may remain in effect. Information on trails in the Okanogan-Wenatchee National Forest can be found at, https://www.fs.usda.gov/okawen
