Business Opportunity to Provide Ferry Service at Isle Royale National Park

The following press release was published by the U.S. Department of the Interior, National Park Service on July 8, 2019. It is reproduced in full below.

HOUGHTON, MICH - The National Park Service (NPS) is soliciting proposals for a concession contract to provide ferry transportation service for visitors from Michigan to Isle Royale National Park. The Prospectus (CC-ISRO001-20) explains the business opportunity and the terms and conditions under which the NPS will award the concession contract.

The NPS Director has determined no preferred offeror for the draft contract exists pursuant to 36 CFR Part 51. The NPS will not conduct a site visit because there are no Park facilities associated with the draft contract.

All offers must be received by the NPS at the address listed on the prospectus and the concessions website no later than 4:00 p.m. Central Time on Sept. 26, 2019, in order to be evaluated and considered for an award of the concession contract.
